  A gifted clarinetist himself, he and his band toured the world with such legends as Albert Nicholas, Bill Coleman, Barney Bigard, Claude Luter, Mezz Mezzrow, Carrie Smith, Ralph Sutton and Benny Waters. They were often the highlight of festivals in Nice, Geneva, Paris, Frankfort, Marciac and Lafayette. With tme, Jacky Milliet became a permanent feature at some of the best known jazz clubs in Paris, such as the Slow Club, Le Caveau de la Huchette and Le Petit Journal. You may find him playing with his “Caveau de la Huchette Jazz Band”or jamming with the banjo-playing Cynthia Sayer, an American singer, and very often with Fabrice Eulry, a prominent piano player from Paris.


His music is captured on more than 20 LPs and CDs, some of which are no longer available. Some more recent albums:
